Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow the status of your shipment.

- Express Delivery: 1 to 2 business days. Shipping Calculated At Checkout.
- Standard Delivery: 3 to 4 business days. Shipping Calculated At Checkout.
- Economy Delivery: 5 to 8 business days. Shipping Calculated At Checkout
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions and holidays. While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking shows the package has been delivered. If your order is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting your local carrier or post office to file a claim.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by issuing a refund or sending a replacement. Please keep all packaging and the damaged item for inspection by the shipping carrier.
