At Green Mart Land, we value your satisfaction and work hard to ensure every customer receives quality products. To maintain product safety and fairness and prevent misuse of our return system, all returns are subject to strict verification.


🔄 Returns (Proof Required + Restocking Fee for Preference-Based Returns)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided all conditions below are met:

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • You must provide authentic, verifiable proof for why the product is being returned.

📌 Authentic Proof Requirements

Returns will only be approved if the reason is legitimate and supported by proof such as photos, videos, or packaging evidence.

Valid reasons include:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged item received

Reasons NOT accepted unless approved with genuine evidence:

  • “I changed my mind.”

  • “I didn’t like it.”

  • “It didn’t work for me.”

  • Any reason without authentic, verifiable proof.


💰 25% Restocking Fee (Preference-Based Returns)

If you request a return and we approve the return, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.

⚠️ Note:
Preference-based returns still require approval and verification.
Unauthentic or unsupported claims will not be accepted.


📦 How to Start a Return

  2. Submit Required Proof
    You may be asked for:

    • Photos

    • Videos

    • Order confirmation screens

    • Packaging images

  3. Approval & Return Instructions
    Our team will review your proof.
    Return instructions are only provided if your return request is approved.

  4. Ship the Item Back
    Pack securely and follow the given instructions.

🟢 If Your Return Is Approved:

  • Return shipping is free

  • Shipping charges are refundable

  • Refunds take 5–7 business days after the item is received

  • 25% Restocking fee will be deducted


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Instead:

  • Return your item (if approved)

  • Place a new order for the one you want


💥 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

We only approve returns or refunds if the actual product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

📌 Minor external packaging issues (such as small bends, dents, or cosmetic box damage) do NOT qualify as damage, as long as the product inside is safe, unused, and fully functional.

If your order qualifies as genuinely damaged, defective, or wrong:

You will receive either:

  • A replacement, OR

  • A full refund, including shipping

To process this quickly, please provide clear photos/videos of the product itself, along with the packaging.


🚫 Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel immediately.

  • After Shipment: The order must go through the return process above.
